Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location using the prepaid label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
